Join this online session to learn about McGill’s graduate thesis-based programs in Parasitology!

The McGill Institute of Parasitology focuses on parasitic organisms in humans, livestock, and other animals, the relationship with their host and the means to limit the impact of parasitic disease on health and wellbeing. The interface of parasitism/immunity/nutrition is also examined in the context of the host–parasite interaction.

The McGill Institute of Parasitology offers modern molecular research facilities, including a confocal suite, animal facilities, and collaborations with the J.D. MacLean Centre for Tropical Diseases at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC).

    If you are interested in:
    •    antiparasitic drugs, drug targets, and drug resistance
    •    the molecular language of the host-parasite interface
    •    host-parasite relationships, including immunology, bioinformatics and big data analysis

…then our program could be for you!
